We usually arrive 1−3 hours before your event. On busy days, it may be up to 4 hours in advance—we'll notify you in advance.
Absolutely! We clean and sanitize every unit after each rental.
Yes! The blower must run continuously. We require an outlet within 50 feet or a rented generator.
Yes, but most parks don’t have electricity. You’ll need a generator (available for rent). Parks operate on a first-come, first-served basis. You must also have event insurance. We can help you set it up properly.
- More than 7 days before? Full refund (minus a 3.5% processing fee).
- 1−7 days before? You’ll receive a raincheck with no expiration date.
